Holiday cheer!
December 24th, 2010On Christmas Eve, I love reflecting on our December filled with so much holiday cheer! Our clients were definitely in the Christmas spirit and really kept our spirits high amidst ALL the twinkle lights, holiday ornaments and wintergreens. It is usually a very busy time for us, so working with wonderful clients is always a true joy! Here are some of the highlights from our holiday installations and Christmas decorating, enjoy with a warm cup of peppermint tea or mulled wine……

We worked with a handful of private clients on the Peninsula for their holiday decor and festive embellishments. I absolutely love these large mahogany doors adorned with the magnolia and winter berries.

Our Christmas decorating started the Monday following Thanksgiving with a few lovely 10 foot Noble Fir trees. Here Kate and Marquita are getting into the Spirit at the Presidio Landmark, one of the eco-modern luxury residence that we service for weekly florals.

We also had the pleasure of working The Uptown Apartments in downtown Oakland, another eco-modern residence. Diane showed their maintenance staff a few handy tips for garlands and wreaths – she’s a wizard at holiday decor!

It is true when people say, “What a fun job you have!” Lending a hand to our clients to ensure they can enjoy the holiday spirit is such a gift. And after we’ve washed all the sap off of our hands and packed away any leftover ornaments, we will now the find time to spend with our families and loved ones.
